Terms & Conditions for the use of minLedelse

By using minLedelse, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service
minLedelse is a cloud-based quality and management system delivered as a service (“Software as a Service”).
The service provides access to features such as deviation management, checklists, risk analyses (ROS), process maps, document library, risk assessments, and ISO support (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).
The solution is delivered directly in Microsoft Teams and requires the customer to use Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
2. Access and Use
Access is granted to registered users via the customer’s administrator.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their username and password.
It is prohibited to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or use the solution in violation of law, agreement, or good practice.
3. Provider’s Responsibility
The provider ensures setup, configuration, training, operation, maintenance, and support according to the agreement.
The service aims for 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
New versions and upgrades are delivered continuously and included in the service.
The provider is not responsible for errors caused by the customer’s own IT infrastructure, lack of training, or incorrect use.
4. Customer’s Responsibility
The customer owns all data registered in the solution.
The customer is responsible for having the necessary rights to the data and ensuring that registered content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
The customer is responsible for managing users, roles, and access internally.
5. Data and Privacy
The provider acts as a data processor and processes personal data on behalf of the customer in accordance with GDPR and the signed data processing agreement.
The customer has the data controller responsibility for data registered in the solution.
Data can be exported in a standard format if the agreement is terminated.
6. Support
Support is available on business days from 08:00–16:00.
Errors are categorized as high, medium, or low, with corresponding response times and compensation rules as described in the agreement.
Consulting services, additional training, and customer-specific customizations are billed separately.
7. Integrations
minLedelse offers integrations via an open API.
Changes in third-party services may affect the solution, but the provider will strive to maintain functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or financial consequences resulting from the use of the solution.
Standard compensation applies for critical errors, as described in the service level agreement.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in the last 12 months.
9. Duration of Agreement
The agreement applies from contract signing and runs for three years, with automatic renewal for one year unless terminated 12 months before expiration.
Upon termination, the customer can export their data. The customer must uninstall and stop using the software.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes should be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the case will be handled by the ordinary courts with [Provider’s location] as the venue.
