40 years of history
minLedelse has been a quality and deviation system since 2016, originally as a SharePoint solution under Triangel Business Solutions. In 2023, the system was ported to Microsoft Teams and established as a separate product company under the Triangel Group – under the name minLedelse AS.
The Triangelgruppen has over 40 years of experience with innovation and development of management tools. We were early adopters of cloud-based solutions back in the 2000s, and this expertise ensures that minLedelse is a robust, complete and proven system.
The Triangel group offers the following solutions - the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, consulting in connection with ISO certification and management and the quality system minLedelse.

Evy has returned to Triangelgruppen and minLedelse after several years in both Visma and Propell.ai. She has broad experience from various IT solutions with a particular focus on solutions that streamline the everyday lives of employees and managers. With over fifteen years of experience in sales, consulting, consulting and project management, she is passionate about creating value for customers through digitalization, innovation and good collaboration processes. She has an active role in strategic development and business development of minLedelse. Evy is known for her strong commitment, her ability to build relationships, and her focus on collaboration and value creation through digitalization and innovation.

Ivar is an experienced developer and solution architect with a solid background from both national and international technology companies. Ivar has broad expertise in IT strategy, business processes and software development, and has developed everything from complex system integrations to advanced business applications. He holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor's degree in information systems from NITH. In my management, Ivar is responsible for the architecture and development of solutions that combine technical strength with usability and business value.

Jan Eirik has been a central driving force in the Triangel Group for over 30 years, and has played a key role in the development of several of the company's solutions - including minLedelse. With a background as a business consultant, CEO and chairman of the board, he has broad experience in business management, IT and leadership. He is known for his commitment, his ability to motivate and his positive view of opportunities. Jan Eirik has received the Medal for Long and Faithful Service from the Royal Norwegian Company for the Welfare of Norway, and continues to contribute actively as chairman of the board of Triangel and affiliated companies. His insight and experience are an important resource in the further development of minLedelse as a modern and user-friendly quality tool
Geir has been a key person at Triangel since 2008 (with a few breaks), and possesses a rare combination of experience and in-depth expertise. He is particularly strong in ISO certification and ERP solutions. Geir's long experience in the industry and broad management experience make him well equipped to guide customers safely and effectively through the certification process - he knows what is required, both technically and organizationally. He is an advisor for the ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001. He combines strategic understanding with practical insight, and is a clear and inspiring leader in the Triangel Group.
