minLedelse AS is part of Triangelgruppen, established in 1984. For more than 40 years, we have helped organizations improve quality management, implement ISO standards, deploy ERP solutions, and drive digital transformation.
That experience has resulted in minLedelse, a modern Business Operations Platform for Microsoft 365 that brings together processes, documents, risks, non-conformities, tasks, projects, and management systems in one user-friendly solution.
Today, we continue to build on the same ambition that inspired us in 1984: to make it easier for organizations to succeed through better leadership, smarter workflows, and the right technology.

1984 – Founded
It Started at the Ferry Dock
Triangel was founded in Aukra as an independent consulting company.
1986 – Across the Fjord
The company relocated to the mainland, establishing operations in Hollingen.
1994 – Consulting at the Core
Established as a traditional consulting company specializing in strategy, manufacturing, and IT.
1996 – Headquarters in Molde
Triangel relocated to Molde, which remains the company's headquarters to this day.
1999 – The Cloud Journey Begins
Triangel Solutions was established, and the acquisition of Skybert AS laid the foundation for SMS-based solutions.
2000 – Breakthrough: First in Norway with Two-Way SMS
Launched minVakt for the healthcare sector and Blodhund for blood donor recruitment, already operating with a 100% cloud-based business model at this early stage
2002–2008 – The Family Grows
minTimeliste.no (2002) and minTimeplan.no (2008) were introduced for mobile workforces and the education sector.
2012–2013 – The Microsoft Journey Begins
Built a strong Microsoft practice in ERP, CRM, and SharePoint through the acquisitions of Dycon Midt-Norge and Maritech's Microsoft division.
2014 – Major Investment in R&D
Two major research and development projects, with a combined value of approximately NOK 17 million, were approved.
2016 – All-Time High
Revenue reached NOK 74 million. minLedelse.no was launched as a decision-support platform for managers, while minVakt Kommune became Scandinavia’s first integrated resource management solution for entire municipalities.
2017 – 110,000 Users
The group's cloud-based solutions are used by more than 110,000 employees and managers. A partnership agreement with EVRY was signed.
2018 – A New Chapter: Strategic Shift and New Beginnings
The time and resource management products were acquired by Visma. Triangel Business Solutions was established to continue delivering business consulting, Microsoft ERP solutions, and minLedelse.
2020 – minLedelse Becomes an Independent Company Within Triangelgruppen
The management platform was spun off into minLedelse AS to accelerate product development.
2025 – A New Generation of Leadership Software
minLedelse 2.0 was launched, introducing a modern platform that carries Triangel's leadership heritage into the next decade.
Today – Ready for the Next 40 Years
Triangel has offices in Molde, Ålesund, and Trondheim. Innovative and market-driven employees, still with ownership in their own company.

Evy has returned to Triangelgruppen and minLedelse after several years in both Visma and Propell.ai. She has broad experience from various IT solutions with a particular focus on solutions that streamline the everyday lives of employees and managers. With over fifteen years of experience in sales, consulting, consulting and project management, she is passionate about creating value for customers through digitalization, innovation and good collaboration processes. She has an active role in strategic development and business development of minLedelse. Evy is known for her strong commitment, her ability to build relationships, and her focus on collaboration and value creation through digitalization and innovation.

Ivar is an experienced developer and solution architect with a solid background from both national and international technology companies. Ivar has broad expertise in IT strategy, business processes and software development, and has developed everything from complex system integrations to advanced business applications. He holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor's degree in information systems from NITH. In my management, Ivar is responsible for the architecture and development of solutions that combine technical strength with usability and business value.

Jan Eirik has been a central driving force in the Triangel Group for over 30 years, and has played a key role in the development of several of the company's solutions - including minLedelse. With a background as a business consultant, CEO and chairman of the board, he has broad experience in business management, IT and leadership. He is known for his commitment, his ability to motivate and his positive view of opportunities. Jan Eirik has received the Medal for Long and Faithful Service from the Royal Norwegian Company for the Welfare of Norway, and continues to contribute actively as chairman of the board of Triangel and affiliated companies. His insight and experience are an important resource in the further development of minLedelse as a modern and user-friendly quality tool
Geir has been a key person at Triangel since 2008 (with a few breaks), and possesses a rare combination of experience and in-depth expertise. He is particularly strong in ISO certification and ERP solutions. Geir's long experience in the industry and broad management experience make him well equipped to guide customers safely and effectively through the certification process - he knows what is required, both technically and organizationally. He is an advisor for the ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001. He combines strategic understanding with practical insight, and is a clear and inspiring leader in the Triangel Group.
